We had JP Hardwood Flooring sand and refinish the hardwood floors throughout our entire house, including two staircases. Ruan was responsive throughout, from the initial estimate through completion, and everything was completed exactly as discussed. We went with the Bona Traffic HD finish in a satin sheen for extra durability, and the floors look beautiful. Of all the estimates we got, JP was the only one that applied three coats of finish as standard, rather than the two-coat minimum others offered (with a third only available at an extra cost) — that alone was a big reason we chose them. Ruan also backed the work with a written warranty, which gave us real peace of mind. There’s inevitably some dust with a job this size, but it’s expected and was well managed. Highly recommend JP Hardwood Flooring to anyone considering a refinishing project.

Could not recommend these guys enough!! My husband and I closed on and were moving into our home only 7 days apart. Ruan and his crew were quick, professional, and did a fantastic job with our hardwood floors!!! I’m shocked with how well everything was cleaned up afterwards as well. Ruan answered all of our questions immediately and was super helpful throughout the whole process. 😊

Ruan and his guys did a phenomenal job staining our floors! We had a very quick turnaround on our request, and he made sure to fit us into his schedule. Ruan was very easy to get in touch with and answered all of our questions.

If there would be an option to put 4+, I would.
The floors look fantastic. The final result was 5 stars and we had kitchen floors refinished and new hardwood flooring was installed in the living area.
Installation was very efficient.
Few issues with installation. The crew used outdoor plug and was doing most of the sawing on our front steps with the door opened right next to the kitchen. So everything around was horribly dusty. I wished they used something to hang at the door opening.
Also, when taking off the carpet the steps next to it were scratched. I hope they would use something kind of rugs to cover areas around next time.

Wonderful experience! My floors look great. I can tell they are busy and I was nervous about getting it done since I had a deadline and they delivered! Thank you for the fabulous job.

We couldn’t be happier with the work JP Hardwood Floors did in our home! They refinished all of our existing hardwood floors and added new hardwood to several additional rooms — and the match between the new and old flooring is absolutely seamless. The team showed incredible patience as we took our time deciding on the perfect stain color, providing samples and expert guidance along the way.

They also refinished our stair treads and railings, and the result was even better than we expected — the finish looks stunning and completely transformed the space. The entire crew was professional, detail-oriented, and clearly takes pride in their craftsmanship.

If you’re looking for beautiful, high-quality hardwood work and a company that truly cares about getting it right, JP Hardwood Floors is the one to call. Highly recommend!
